ATCAA Board of Directors
ATCAA’s Board of Directors, comprised of volunteers, consists of eighteen (18) member seats from the private sector, public sector, and low-income representatives of our communities. This is known as a tripartite board. Since 1968, local Community Action Agencies (CAA's) have been required to have tripartite boards to gain and retain designation as eligible entities and to receive CSBG funding.
The Board of Directors are responsible for assuring that the agency continues to assess and respond to the causes and conditions of poverty in the community, achieve anticipated family and community outcomes, and remain administratively and fiscally sound.
Standing Committees
The ATCAA Board has four standing committees: Executive, Internal Affairs, Finance, and Nominating.
If you are interested in applying for a Board seat, please review the Board Representation Process and submit an APPLICATION.
