“Our wish is for residents in our communities to be self-reliant, healthy, free from economic hardship, and to feel sustained by the support of community and family.”

OUR MISSION IS:

In this beautiful rural foothill region of north-central California, most private employment is in tourism, service industries, or retail sales. Though many of our program participants work, financial independence, higher education or career opportunities still elude them. Even a fulltime job, at minimum wage, earns the worker an annual salary that is below poverty level.
